This morning Rm 5 started a new kiwi sport called Run, Jump, Throw with our coach Andy. We learnt new skills of how
to sprint long distance and short distance.We learnt to keep looking forward when we run, we learnt to keep our knees high,stand tall and never look at the starter,We also learnt that in sprints you run on the balls on your feet so your running light.We were running over hurdles,doing relays and to have our hands cheek to cheek when we run.
